Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

We always try to use actual sunlight as the main source of light in our image to make sure they come off looking as realistic as possible.

For hand made rugs, depending on which way the light shines off of it, it can look very similar, but our pictures always show off both sides.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You can look at the email you have submitted on checkout or the "Orders" page in your account.

How can I return an item?

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Since every rug is unique, we typically do not restock, BUT; custom orders are something we 100% do.
