Real lapis lazuli freeform, 19 cm long, 1.3 kg, polished and flat-backed. The surface has deep blue color, white calcite veins, and small pyrite flecks.
This piece sits flat and feels solid in hand. Mine it from Afghanistan, then polish it into a display stone for a shelf, desk, or meditation space. Lapis is traditionally associated with wisdom and truth, and is believed to support throat and third eye focus during quiet practice. It also works as a mineral specimen for a collector or an altar stone.
